Liability waiver

By booking and attending a Bouncenberry soft play session, you agree to the following terms.

1Bouncenberry will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property that occur whilst using our equipment or attending our sessions.
2All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Adults are responsible for ensuring children use the equipment safely and appropriately.
3Our equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to the highest safety standards, including PIPA registration and £5 million public liability insurance. However, participation is at your own risk.
4Bouncenberry reserves the right to ask any participant to stop using the equipment if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
5By attending a session, you confirm that you have read and understood this waiver and accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any children in your care.
